2023 Interdisciplinary Research Grants Awarded to SBS Faculty

Congratulations to the recipients of 2023 Interdisciplinary Research Grants! These grants are awarded to teams of faculty members and librarians from at least two different schools/colleges within the university, with the goal of empowering creativity, promoting equitable collaboration, and showcasing excellence at UMass Amherst. The grants are offered in two categories – up to $20,000 or up to $50,000. This year marks a return of the grant program, which was established in spring 2020, but paused due to the impacts of COVID-19.
