In 1996, following up on his dissertation research of how to establish community health partnerships, Daniel Gerber followed the pedagogy developed and has established partnerships throughout Massachusetts for undergraduate and graduate public health programs. He was inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Public Health Society in 2011 and nominated to be spotlighted in 2012. He has served as director for the online and professional programs within the school since their inception in 2001. He continues to teach both in person and online.
