The Linguistics Department will be holding their annual Freeman Lecture in Linguistics. This year's Freeman Lecture will be given by Professor Bob Frank of Yale University, a renowned expert on computational linguistics. 

Professor Frank's lecture will be targeted to a broad general audience, and is titled "What Can Computers Teach Us About Human Language Learning and What Can Humans Teach Us About Computer Language Learning?"
