Major: Public Health Sciences & Minor: Microbiology
After graduating in spring 2022 with my B.S. in public health, I will go on to graduate in spring 2023 with my MPH in epidemiology through the Accelerated 4+1 Master’s Program from UMass Amherst’s School of Public Health and Health Sciences. Following the completion of my master’s, I hope to finally study abroad as a Fulbright scholar in New Zealand to pursue a master’s degree in data science. While COVID-19 may have foiled my original plans to study abroad, I am thankful for the International Scholars Program for preparing me to be a global citizen. I dream of utilizing the skills I learned through ISP, working at a globally-minded organization, and focusing on the intersection of culture and infectious disease.
