Majors: Computer Science, Mathematics
After graduating from UMass Amherst, I plan to pursue graduate studies in computer science with the end goal of obtaining a PhD. My research interests lie within the domains of computer vision and machine learning. In particular, I enjoy working on interdisciplinary projects. For example, my Honors Thesis focuses on developing high-performing computer vision models to estimate the volume of various heart components using MRI scans. In the future, many of the world’s leading problems with be solved using computer science algorithms. My career objective is to work alongside experts from different research backgrounds to help improve and advance their fields by developing and training new computer vision and machine learning models.
