Two people digging holes and planting daffodil bulbs at the annual Daffodil Planting event at CHC

Commonwealth Honors College has a tradition of planting daffodil bulbs on campus in the fall, to see them emerge in the spring. This began several years ago and is linked to the Annual Spring Daffodil Lecture, an event focusing on sustainability and the environment and in honor of former Honors College dean, Priscilla Clarkson. You are invited to help us beautify our Honors space as we build community and appreciate the importance of our natural world! The bulbs will be planted in the flower beds located on the CHCRC quad, between Sycamore and Elm.

We will provide the plants and the equipment. Join us!
