Looking for motivation, structure, or someone to check in with as the semester winds down? This guided matchmaking session helps students connect with accountability partners to support goals during Wellness Week and beyond.

Take a break and connect with fellow CHC students overboard games and low-key fun. No pressure—just community, conversation, and play.

Thesis Tuesdays meets Wellness Week. Drop in for focused work time paired with gentle reminders about posture, stretching, and movement—small habits that make long study sessions more sustainable.

With Bright Spot Therapy Dogs

Piecing Together Success: A Creative Reflection Activity
Led by Rowan Boyer, Student Success Assistant 

CHC Hub | 3–4 p.m.

Success can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once. In this art-therapy-inspired activity, students reflect on the habits and supports that help them succeed—and create visual reminders they can carry forward. 

Quiet Pages: A Mindful Zine-Making Workshop
Led by Assoc. Prof. Jeffrey Kasper (UMass Amherst Art Department)

Crafts Center, Student Union |  5–6 p.m.

This hands-on workshop explores zine-making as a contemplative creative practice. Through guided prompts in writing, collage, drawing, and design, participants create small, personal publications centered on reflection and storytelling. 

No prior experience needed—just curiosity. 

Capacity: 25 participants

April 3, 2026

Smart About Money: Financial Wellness Workshop
With SAM Peer Educators Kailyn Cabrini and Njoki Kinyua 

CHC Hub | 10–11 AM 

This interactive workshop will focus on practical financial wellness topics—such as budgeting, planning ahead, and making informed financial decisions as a student. Designed to be accessible, judgment-free, and immediately useful.
