Success can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once. In this art-therapy-inspired activity, students reflect on the habits and supports that help them succeed—and create visual reminders they can carry forward.
Quiet Pages: A Mindful Zine-Making Workshop
Led by Assoc. Prof. Jeffrey Kasper (UMass Amherst Art Department)
Crafts Center, Student Union | 5–6 p.m.
This hands-on workshop explores zine-making as a contemplative creative practice. Through guided prompts in writing, collage, drawing, and design, participants create small, personal publications centered on reflection and storytelling.
No prior experience needed—just curiosity.
