2021 Graduates: Order your Regalia!

To our Master’s and doctoral degree recipients in the class of 2021,

The Graduate School will be covering the costs of regalia including PhD hoods and domestic shipping. Therefore, this offer is only for 2021 graduates. Once all orders have been placed we will receive a list of orders and will compare it to the 2021 graduate list. Any person that orders regalia that is not a 2021 graduate will be charged for the regalia. We worked with our partner Balfour/University Cap & Gown to put together a “Build-A-Grad” webstore.

Orders must be placed by 11:59 pm est, April 2, 2021.

What do you need to complete your order?

  • Make sure you know what your degree is. The degree you receive is not your program. If you are unsure reach out to your department to clarify. Please see this document for the degrees offered.
  • Regalia cannot be shipped to a PO Box, please make sure to have a physical address where the regalia can be shipped.
  • Know your student ID number, your ID will be used to confirm graduation status.
  • Follow directions on the "Build-A-Grad" webstore.
