Nikki Holland

Nikki Holland serves as Performance Assessment Director for the Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Education Assessment (MCIEA). In this capacity, Nikki leads the consortium’s performance assessment initiatives, supporting educators and districts in designing and implementing high-quality performance assessment systems that promote deeper learning and foster rigorous, authentic, equitable demonstrations of student understanding. Nikki earned her Ph.D. in Rhetoric, Composition, and Literacy from the University of Arkansas and lives in southern Vermont with her partner, their three daughters, and a crew of lovely pets.
