About
Julie Spencer-Robinson helps lead the Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Education Assessment. She earned her Ph.D. in education policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, worked for more than two decades as a public school educator, and served as her local teachers union president for several years. Julie is currently an elected trustee of Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School and an appointed member of the Vocational Technical Education Advisory Council to the MA Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
