Eylul Grinuk

Eylul Grinuk is the Senior Faculty Affairs Partner for the College of Education, where she serves as a strategic partner to academic leadership and faculty on personnel matters, academic appointments and faculty lifecycle, employee relations, and policy. A UMass Amherst alumna, she brings deep familiarity with the institution and more than a decade of human resources experience across higher education, international education, and the private sector.

Prior to joining UMass Amherst, Eylul served as an HR Business Partner at the School for International Training, a global leader in international education and intercultural learning, where she partnered with a multicultural, globally distributed workforce across more than 30 countries. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. As part of her MBA, she was selected as a Business Innovation Fellow at the Institute for Applied Life Sciences, where she partnered with faculty researchers to help translate scientific discoveries and intellectual property into startup ventures.
