About

Danielle Crabtree is the Manager of Educational Assessment and Analytics for the College of Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In this role, she supports assessment, accreditation, and data-informed decision making across educator preparation programs, helping faculty and administrators use evidence to strengthen teaching, learning, and program quality.

Danielle brings experience as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, practicum supervisor, university instructor, and educational researcher. She holds dual master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Secondary Education, along with bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Research, Educational Measurement, and Psychometrics at UMass Amherst.

Her research focuses on educational and psychological measurement, with an emphasis on developing innovative methods for measuring complex educational and psychological constructs, particularly those related to teacher mental health and well-being. She is passionate about using data, research, and collaboration to improve educational programs and create meaningful opportunities for both educators and students.
