Abeer Hakouz

Abeer Hakouz is a doctoral candidate in Research and Evaluation in Education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she works as a Research Assistant with the Center for Program Evaluation, MCIEA, and UMass Amherst’s CEP. Her research focuses on program evaluation, responsible use of AI in research and evaluation, and school improvement. She has over 20 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research in PK-12 education and in the development sector.
