Step 1: Click   Book a Seat

Step 2: Log into a UMass NetID

Step 3: Pick a date, direction and provide additional information requested by the form

Step 4: Receive a confirmation email and you're all set

⚠︎ RESERVATION REQUIRED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCED (AM - 12:00 PM) / (PM - 5:00 PM)

⚠︎ CANCEL BY 12 PM PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE

• Cancellation Deadline

  • Cancellation must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on the business day prior to the schedule trip to avoid being recorded as a late cancelation or no-show.

     

  Cancellation Method

  If you currently have a reservation through Microsoft Bookings, you can update or cancel it as needed:

   

• To Edit (Reschedule Your Booking)
  1. Open your Microsoft Bookings confirmation email
  2. Click "Manage booking"
  3. Select Reschedule
  4. Choose a new available date/time
  5. Confirm your changes

• To Cancel You Booking
  1. Open your Microsoft Bookings confirmation email
  2. Select "Manage booking"
  3. Select Cancel
  4. Confirm Cancellation

• Do I need a reservation to ride?

  Yes. Shuttle trips must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and requests are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• When does the shuttle operate?

  Service runs Monday through Friday during Fall and Spring semester, with vans departing twice daily from both campuses. Limited service may be available during Sumeer or Winter session

• Is there service during holidays or campus closures?

  No. There is no service is campus is either closed officially for holidays or weather-related closures.

• Can I bring luggage or packages?

  Yes, but storage space is limited. The shuttle is intended for commuter use, so riders should keep baggage to a small overnight bag or smaller when possible
