Since joining the department, she has quickly mastered complex academic systems and played a key role in accreditation efforts, helping ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
AJ has also improved numerous processes, from digitizing records to streamlining admissions and event planning workflows. These changes have increased efficiency while improving the experience for both students and faculty.
Colleagues describe AJ as a “champion for students,” known for going above and beyond to help individuals navigate academic requirements and challenges. Her positive energy, humor, and willingness to step in wherever needed have made her an essential part of the department. In moments of high demand, she brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach that strengthens the entire LARP community.
