Minor in Political Science

The five-course political science minor offers high flexibility in course selection so that you can prepare for a successful career and an engaged life.

For students cultivating careers in governmental regulation or policy (often those who are majoring in business, engineering, education, agriculture, or public health), a political science minor will assist in learning more about how various organizations interact with, or are impacted by, political institutions and public policy.

For students majoring in a related social science discipline, a political science minor may provide needed breadth to better understand your own field.
