My research interests include world politics, international institutions, international political economy, technology, technological change, and ethics in science and engineering.

This semester I return to graduate teaching with the IR Proseminar.  I am also willing to guide graduate students in Directed Readings or Independent Study courses in areas where I have relevant expertise, and to talk about research, teaching, and general aspects of pursuing a career.
