SBS Senior Celebration

SBS Senior Celebration Video

This year, because of the pandemic, all UMass Schools/Colleges are holding virtual senior celebrations, including SBS.

We're excited to present the class of 2021 with a special video celebration recognizing their achievements and unique position in history. The video includes a reading of graduates' names, messages from this year's senior speakers, and congratulatory messages from department faculty, staff, and advisors.

[Video will go live at 4 pm ET]

Congratulations Graduates!

UMass Undergraduate Commencement

COVID-19 Update:

As a direct result of Governor Baker’s announcement earlier this week that the Commonwealth is further reducing pandemic restrictions, we are now able to welcome a limited number of registered guests — two people per graduate — to our 2021 UMass Amherst commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 14.

In accordance with Massachusetts commencement guidelines, all guests must be registered in order to attend commencement. If you have not yet registered for commencement, there’s still time to do so! Upon registration, guests will receive an email confirmation with a QR code to ensure a smooth check-in on May 14.

Mask wearing and social distancing will be required of all attendees, including graduates and their guests throughout the ceremonies.

In an effort to ensure available parking and time to prepare the stadium between ceremonies, we ask all graduates and guests to arrive no more than an hour before your ceremony and to leave the stadium and parking lots immediately after your ceremony ends. Thank you for your consideration of all UMass Amherst graduates.

We look forward to celebrating with you and your guests.
