Student Spotlight: Vandrey Sisson

Vandrey Sisson is a junior majoring in biology on a pre-med/pre-Health track. Striving to become a research physician one day. Attending UMass has allowed Vandrey to become involved in research on campus. 

He is also a member of the Commonwealth Honors College and involved in research in the Irschick Lab here on campus, as an undergraduate biology researcher. Here he is pursuing his honors thesis where he is comparing visible and Ultraviolet plumage patterns between tanagers and cardinals. 

Vandrey is currently working at Newton Wellesley Hospital on the Pediatrics floor as a Patient Care Associate!
