How did you find a sense of community and belonging at CHC and UMass? What experiences or resources helped you feel connected and supported?

I was able to find a sense of community through the variety of classes that I've taken here at UMass and CHC. I met many different people who shared my interests, passion, and values who encouraged both academic and personal growth. I've also met so many wonderful people through research opportunities that I've found through various classes and CHC event.

What advice would you give to incoming students?

College is such a wonderful time where you really learn about yourself and who you want to be. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and really take advantage of all the opportunities you have here!
