Dr. Wyckoff has an extensive background in higher education administration, particularly in the areas of academic policy development and implementation, faculty development, curriculum development, and program review/assessment activities. Her 30+ year career in higher education has encompassed a variety of institutional areas including admissions, adult and continuing education, and academic affairs as a faculty member, department chair, dean and academic vice president.  Throughout her career she has demonstrated a breadth and depth of knowledge of higher education, focusing on evolving challenges and opportunities in the field, both regionally and nationally.

With significant teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels (working with both traditional students and adult learners, teaching in face to face, hybrid and fully online formats), Dr. Wyckoff presents nationally on topics of teaching and learning related to developing integrated course designs and assessments to enhance student learning.  She consults frequently with colleges and universities on a variety of issues related to institutional effectiveness in higher education, with emphasis on faculty development and evaluation systems, student satisfaction, success and retention.
