Critical Incidents
CCPH supports our campus community in response to any critical incidents. A critical incident can be anything that risks impact to our campus community. If you have been impacted by a critical incident, please consider requesting our support via this outreach form and call us to request support at 413-545-HELP (4357), M-F 8:40am-4:30pm.
Examples of critical incidents might include:
- The death of a community member
- A natural disaster
- A campus wide incident
- Threats or acts of violence on campus
- Anything else that presents an imminent or ongoing threat to campus safety, security, or health
