A drop-in group for undergraduate students who identify as adoptees to come together and create intentional community with others who share this identity. This affinity space is facilitated by adoptees, for adoptees. This is a non-judgmental space to:

· Ask questions, listen, laugh, and bring your authentic self
· Speak as much or as little as you’d like

College Living on the Spectrum: Support and Discussion Group

A weekly drop-in space of peers talking about their experiences, supported by co-facilitators.
*Spectrum refers to people who experience any elements of autism spectrum disorders, including (dis)abilities related to perception, sensory processing, language, executive function, and motor skills. Group members do not need a medical diagnosis to attend the group. The group will work with the philosophy of ‘support needs’ rather than ability.
You are welcome to honor your needs and come after the start time and/or leave early. Please refrain from using products with fragrances.

Connect & Reflect: Asian Community Series

A weekly drop-in space for APIDA (Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi, Americans) students and allies to reflect, discuss, and explore their experiences among the Asian/Asian American community. Based on topic inspired by the book, Permission to Come Home: Reclaiming Mental Health as Asian Americans by Dr. Jenny Wang, we will talk about issues centered on identity, mental health—and everything in between. Topics include exploring how we Feel, Rage, Say No, Take Up Space, Choose, Fail, Play, and Grieve. While the book will be a guide, there is no need to read it or do any prep! All are welcome to listen, talk, and reflect.
We invite you to join this casual space for Asian/Asian American students to build community and navigating how to balance family/cultural expectations, feeling "not Asian enough" to those around you, and how to create boundaries without feeling guilt. The Power Nap Group

Napping isn’t just sleep, it’s rest. Rest isn’t just self-care, it’s power. Learn more about who has access to rest and why some argue that “rest is revolution.” Then get to work in this fight. Take a nap! Naps will be 35 minutes following a brief framing from the group leader. Soft music will be played, and yoga mats will be provided. Bring anything else that will help your nap be restful.

Conscious Uncoupling: Navigating the Other Side of Relationships
Tuesdays 1-2:15 in-person at CCPH

Join us for this three-part series on end relationships gracefully!
- So you’re not feeling it? Must all good things end? Relationships often have a natural ending point, but what if you’re noticing this before the other person? Learn how to evaluate your needs and communicate them clearly when it’s time to move on.
- So they’re not feeling it? Being dumped sucks. Learn to apply principles of radical acceptance, self-compassion, and distress management to make it through your breakup.
- What’s the deal with “no contact”? Research shows more and more people are deciding to limit or end contact with stressful people in their lives. Whether you’re just thinking about stepping away or have already gone “no contact,” this workshop offers a safe space to discuss the do’s and don'ts, pros and cons, best practices for healthier relationships.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Workshop
Mondays 2:30 – 3:45 p.m. in-Person at CCPH

This is a structured workshop focused on managing lingering feelings of sadness by building weekly mindfulness skills through guided practice as a group, group discussions, and suggested daily solo mindfulness exercises.
The goal of this workshop is to reduce the tendency to operate on autopilot and increase acting with intentionality though becoming more aware of bodily sensations, feelings, and thoughts. MBCT adopts a philosophy of nonjudgmental awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion to reduce focus on the past and future, and to help understand thoughts as temporary and impermanent.

Creative Awakenings: Art Therapy for Self-Esteem and Self-Expression

Join us for this art therapy group designed to foster creativity, self-worth, and self-compassion! Through the creation of four different art projects, group leaders will model and facilitate relationship building, the use of humor, and self-acceptance. This space is designed to empower students to feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves and explore themselves through art. All students are welcome—no prior artistic or creative background or skill necessary!
Projects include:
- 4/16: Your Best Self: Use mixed media to create a vision board to showcase dreams, goals, traits, and values.
- 4/23: Contributing to Others: Create a gift or a thoughtful card for someone you care about.
- 4/30: Inside/Outside: How do you see yourself? How do others see you?
- 5/7: Self-Portraits: Create a piece of art that represents you or a version of you.

Understanding Trauma: A Healing Guide

Yoga for Trauma Recovery

Join us for a free six-week series which provides education on ways that trauma impacts us and offers a way to heal the nervous system using breath and mindful yoga movements. Each class will offer a check-in, 45-minute breath and movement practice and a closing check-out. No prior yoga experience needed. You will not be asked to share details of your trauma. You can bring your own yoga mat and/or one can be provided for you. All genders are welcome.

The Art of Becoming: Exploring Values, Identity, and Aspirations

This hands-on workshop uses art-based activities to guide participants through a journey of self-reflection and growth. Let's Write! Therapy Group

In this group we will use different writing approaches such as freewriting, storytelling, and memoir, to connect to and express the feelings that might flow better onto paper than through talk. Members of the group will receive writing prompts and write together. We will also have the opportunity to read our writing and to offer each other supportive reflection.
