Spring 2026 Housing

Currently enrolled students participating in an internship pathway, a self-directed internship opportunity in Greater Boston, an on-campus graduate or undergraduate program, FLEX coursework or otherwise requiring housing on the Charles River Campus, may inquire here.

Rates:
Single Room:  $5,751.50/semester
Shared Room: $4,367.00/semester

Summer 2026 Housing

Open to currently enrolled students with a summer internship or other academic or professional development opportunity in Greater Boston. Six-week minimum stay. 

Rates:
New Hall Single Room:  $255/week
New Hall Shared Room: $170/week

Wingate Single Room with AC:  $255/week
Wingate Single Room no AC: $170/week
