RAP Registration June 1 - June 30
First-year and Transfer students can register a RAP in the RAP Placement System on first-come, first-served basis beginning at 9:00 am on June 1, through 11:59 pm on June 30 or the beginning of their advising appointment, whichever comes first.
Register for a RAP: RAP Placement System
- First-year students can register for a RAP during the RAP Registration Lottery: opens at 9:00am on Tuesday, May 19 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday, May 21.
- First-year students can rank their top five RAP choices in the RAP Placement System and be entered into the RAP lottery.
- Changes to preferences can be made until the end of the RAP Lottery.
- You will receive an email notifying you of your RAP placement at the end of May.
- Placement in a RAP is not guaranteed and the timing of when preferences are submitted will not impact your chances of being placed into a program.
RAP Registration (June 1 - 30)
Any remaining unfilled RAP spaces at the end of the RAP Lottery will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 9:00am on Monday June 1 through 11:59pm Tuesday, June 30 through the RAP Placement System.
Transfer Students can register for Transfer RAPs on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 9:00am on Monday, June 1 through 11:59pm Tuesday, June 30 through the RAP Placement System.
After registering for a RAP, students can choose to share their contact information with other students in the same RAP, drop the RAP, or join another RAP until the start of their Advising and Course Registration Appointment or June 30, whichever comes first.
- Over the summer, confirm enrollment in the required RAP course when you meet with your academic advisor.
- Students cannot make changes to their RAP registration after they’ve met with their academic advisor.
- If there is a conflict between a RAP course and an academic major requirement, students will need to cancel their RAP registration.
