Paul Collins Jr., legal studies and political science, recently spoke with hosts Tony Castańeda and Eli Wilz about the recent SCOTUS decision to overrule the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove Donald Trump's name from state primary ballots, due to his role in the January 6th insurrection. Also discussed was the SCOTUS decision to hear Trump's presidential immunity case. Collins breaks down what these decisions mean in the short term and potentially for the 2024 presidential election.
