Graduate Program Directors and Program Administrators

  • Email slate-support [at] grad [dot] umass [dot] edu (slate-support[at]grad[dot]umass[dot]edu) with questions about or problems with Slate. 
  • Email Lindsay De Santis, Director of Graduate Admissions, at ldesantis [at] grad [dot] umass [dot] edu (ldesantis[at]grad[dot]umass[dot]edu) to address general admissions topics including: 
    • Changing application deadlines. 
    • Changing application requirements for a degree/program. 
    • Asking to reconsider a previously denied applicant for admission.        
    • Removing an incorrect decision, particularly incorrect admits that require immediate attention. 
    • Changing an admitted student’s term to an earlier admit term. 
    • Clarifying issues pertaining to admissions policies. 

Learn About Slate

  • Graduate Faculty Slate Overview (31:10 total)  You must be logged in to Google Workspace to access the video.
    • Training for graduate faculty reviewers (e.g., admissions committee members) in the first 24 minutes, followed by coverage of advisor-only access  (2 minutes) and admissions coordinator access (5 minutes).  Admissions committee chairs who are not GPDs may wish to add admissions coordinator access.
