College to Careers is a one credit, hands-on course in which you will explore and plan your pathway towards becoming a polished professional in the ever-evolving field of Education and beyond. This course will allow you to reflect on who you are as a person (your identities, your values, your passions, your interests, your strengths etc.) and see how that intersects with your academic, personal, civic and professional goals. You will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with your peers to practice key skills that are integral to your professional growth such as interviewing, professional etiquette, networking, collaborative leadership and more . In this course, you will also develop and refine professional development materials and resources such as resumes, LinkedIn accounts, cover letters and more. This course allows you to not only grow as a professional but holistically as an individual to kickstart your lifelong journey in careers and beyond.
