Jennifer Lundquist, sociology and Senior Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development, was recently featured on a National Public Radio's Body Electric podcast, discussing how she integrates movement into her daily routine, as well as into her students'.

"Pedagogically, we know that not just students, all people can really only pay close attention to something for, you know, 20 minutes to 30 minutes or so. And so usually, pedagogically, what you're doing is shifting from small-group interaction, to some lecture, to maybe some discussion. I see integrating movement as just one more format of that," says Lundquist.
