Ethan Carr, landscape architecture, recently co-authored an op-ed with Stephen Gray, associate professor of urban design at Harvard University, for the Boston Globe. Carr and Gray explain that, while the new Franklin Park Action Plan is not perfect, it offers the best vision for the Boston park since its original design.
