Office of Grants & Fellowships
About
Connect with extensive support for discovering grant or fellowship opportunities and developing competitive applications.
The Office of Grants & Fellowships (OGF) helps UMass Amherst graduate students learn about and apply for external grants and fellowships. "External" awards are national and international awards offered by foundations and federal agencies, such as the National Science Foundation, the American Council of Learned Societies, National Institutes of Health, Fulbright, and many others. In 2025–26, UMass Amherst graduate students were awarded nearly $2.5 million in external grants and fellowships.
