PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering

In the polymer science & engineering graduate program, you’ll study all aspects of the evolving polymer field, from synthesis to engineering and physics. You’ll undertake cross-disciplinary research with departments such as physics, chemistry, biology, and chemical engineering, as well as participate extensively with faculty in collaborative research programs with other universities and at national laboratories. No stand-alone MS degree is offered, but you may apply to a combined MS/PhD program.
