Prepare to stand at the helm of organizations facing great change. At the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, management students investigate the dynamic changes that impact and are impacted by organizations. The program groups these ideas of change into four major categories: social, political, and economic change; transformational change; workplace change; and finally, global change and the consequences of globalization. Alumni of this program hold a firm understanding of the many factors that can influence how an organization responds to change, and how to integrate new and innovative approaches to improve organizational and human outcomes.
