Students can major in psychology in two different ways, earning either BA or BS, with additional concentrations and specializations available to suit your interests.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) is suitable for students interested in general psychology and taking a foreign language.
Bachelor of Science (BS): is a good option for students interested in taking additional psychology or science classes and not a foreign language. Students must take 60 credits in the College of Natural Sciences (this is 3 additional classes for Psych majors). There are two options for the Bachelor of Science (BS):
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in General Psychology: Provides a broad exploration of psychology (see requirement checklist above).
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Neuroscience Track: Provides an exploration of the brain sciences.
