This program is designed to help participants recognize warning signs, reduce stigma, and build practical skills such as active listening and supportive communication. Led by experienced educators, the workshop empowers individuals to support one another and foster a culture where seeking help is encouraged.
Topics include mental health and stigma, risk factors and warning signs of suicide, how to actively listen, how to ask supportive questions, self-care, and ways for students and staff to access mental health support.
