Requesting an Enrollment Appt in SPIRE

Before you can self-enroll in any University+ classes, you must have a University+ Enrollment Appointment in SPIRE. This appointment represents the period during which you will be able to enroll in University+ classes.

In some cases, a University+ Enrollment Appointment is automatically assigned to you. To check if you already have an appointment:

  • Log into SPIRE
  • Click on the Manage Classes tile from your Student Center
  • Select Enrollment Appointments and then click on Enrollment Appointments in the left-hand menu
  • If you have an enrollment appointment, it will be listed in the Enrollment Appointments box

If you do not already have a University+ enrollment appointment, you may request one following the instructions below.

  • Log into SPIRE
  • Click on the Manage Classes tile from your Student Center
  • Select Enrollment Appointments and then Summer/Winter/ND Enroll Appt in the left-hand menu
  • Review the instructions at the top to make sure that you are eligible for an enrollment appointment
  • Select a Term
  • Review the acknowledgement, including the Refund Policy and Class Fees information, and click button to Yes
  • Click Request Enrollment Appointment
  • Your appointment should now show in the Active Enrollment Appointments box

If there is no term showing or the Request Enrollment Appointment box is greyed out, please confirm that you don't already have an appointment and then re-review the instructions. Should you need to change your EGT, navigate back to the Student Center and click on the Academics tile, then Graduation and Expected Graduation Term from the left-hand menu and follow the instructions.
