This drop form is for non-credit students dropping a non-credit class.

Refunds for dropped classes are based on our refund policy unless otherwise noted.

NOTE: This form should not be used by campus-based students in University-session classes.

This form can only be used by non-credit students. Drop requests submitted by students via this form who are not non-credit will not be accepted.
