Class Drop Form

This drop form is for campus-based university undergraduates dropping a University+ class in Fall or Spring, non-credit students, and students who do not have access to drop their class in SPIRE.

Refunds for dropped classes are based on our refund policy unless otherwise noted.

If the withdrawal period for your class has ended (check the class listing for the date), we cannot accept this form. You must go through the late-withdrawal process. You remain fully responsible for any class charges. NOTE: This does not apply to Non-Credit classes/workshops.

NOTE: This form should not be used by campus-based students in University-session classes.
