[Hybrid] Fall Faculty Launch

Jumpstart your semester! 

Elaine Marieb College of Nursing faculty are invited to our Fall Faculty Launch featuring lightning rounds from campus partners, support syllabus work time, and snacks! 

• When: Tuesday, September 1 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• In-person option: Skinner 112

In the first hour, folks from the Center for Teaching and Learning, the Learning Resource Center, the Office of Faculty Development, and Instructional Design, Engagement, and Support (IDEAS) will join us to share resources and support as you prepare for everything the fall semester holds. 

In addition, Celeste Surreira, DNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, CNL, CEN, and collaborators will share their findings on feedback literacy—the ability to seek, interpret, and effectively use feedback— a critical competency that empowers faculty to foster deeper learning, strengthen clinical performance, and support students' professional development. 

The second hour will function as supported work time to develop syllabi and Canvas course shells with the support of IDEAS.
