Project & Change Management

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness supports projects to encourage the successful execution, implementation, and sustainability over the long term, fostering continuous improvement and progress towards the university’s strategic plan.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Create tailored communication and training plans to meet project-specific needs.
  • Create implementation plans and tracking mechanisms to advance projects and demonstrate meaningful progress.
  • Assist with development and integration of continuous feedback loops to adapt strategies, address changing challenges, and sustain momentum.

Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness works with units to strengthen organizational alignment, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct workflow mapping to examine systems, structures, and processes.
