Grounded & Growing: Mindfulness for Empowerment

Invest in your wellbeing and confidence by joining one of two sessions this spring semester. You will learn techniques to support your emotional awareness, reduce stress, and increase resilience. Sessions will consist of small cohorts, 4 workshops of 75 minutes, and recommended light readings and journaling. All are welcome!
