About the LACC
The Latinx American Cultural Center, in alliance with United Asia Cultural Center, opened in Moore Residence Hall in 1989. Both centers closed for a period of strategic planning, and LACC reopened in Hampden Dining Commons in 1995 with a vision of education and inclusivity of identities which continues to the present time.
