About
Education: MA, English—SUNY Buffalo. MLS, Library Science—CUNY Queens College. A.S., Chemical Dependency Counseling—CUNY Kingsborough College. MSW, Social Work (in progress)--Westfield State University.
Clinical Interests/Experience: I seek to build productive and secure counseling relationships in which people feel seen, heard, and understood. From that foundation, clients often explore how they construct and redefine their identity throughout the lifespan, and experience how this process can support wellness and mental health.
I’m especially interested in providing supports and services for the LGBTQ+ community. My other therapy interests include managing stress and anxiety, living with ADHD, and building healthy and rewarding relationships with friends, family, and sexual and romantic partners.
More about me: I co-facilitate CCPH’s Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Group, and love to connect students with LGBTQ+ events and resources on campus and in the community. I enjoy reading, thrift shopping, skiing, live music, and motorcycling.
