Responsible for advancing university initiatives with stakeholders in the state. Serving as the liaison between the University of Massachusetts and the City of Springfield. Fostering positive relations between the campus and the General Court, the administration of the Massachusetts Governor, the Massachusetts Congressional Delegation and the city of Springfield to further the strategic goals of the campus. Create new and enhance current relationships and partnerships within the private and public sectors. Help develop a strong pipeline of a career ready workforce that supports economic development in the city and region.
