Cost per credit = $695 (58 credits)  

NOTE: Cost per credit is the same for in-state and out-of-state students. 

Additional fees may include:

  • Registration fee: $85/term; non-refundable
  • Clinical expenses such as drug testing, name badges, and student liability insurance
  • Laptop, software, books
  • Uniforms, shoes, supplies
  • Personal expenses, transportation, parking
  • NCLEX testing preparation package

Students are responsible for paying for room/board and health insurance.

Financial Aid

For general information, please visit the UMass Amherst Financial Aid website.  Financial aid for Accelerated students is limited to Federal and private loans. In addition, Accelerated Nursing students may apply for selected UMass Amherst scholarships specifically for nursing students and for outside scholarships.
