Accelerated BS in Nursing | Estimated Costs 2023-2024

Cost per credit = $695 (58 credits)  

NOTE: Cost per credit is the same for in-state and out-of-state students. 

Additional fees may include:

  • Registration fee: $85/term; non-refundable
  • Clinical expenses such as drug testing, name badges, and student liability insurance
  • Laptop, software, books
  • Uniforms, shoes, supplies
  • Personal expenses, transportation, parking
  • NCLEX testing preparation package

Students are responsible for paying for room/board and health insurance.

Financial Aid

In addition, Accelerated Nursing students may apply for selected UMass Amherst scholarships specifically for nursing students and for outside scholarships.
