Remote Support
Remote support allows an AFIT technician to see your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. Remote support is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am-4 pm. Please follow these instructions to get started.
- Call AFIT at (413) 545-1956. You will provide the connection code to your technician in step 2.
- Get your connection code here. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Launch SplashtopSOS from your downloads. The connection code should only be shared with AFIT.
- Give the connection code you received to your AFIT technician.
