Remote Support

Remote support allows an AFIT technician to see your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. Remote support is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am-4 pm. Please follow these instructions to get started.

  1. Call AFIT at (413) 545-1956. You will provide the connection code to your technician in step 2.
  2. Get your connection code here. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Launch SplashtopSOS from your downloads. The connection code should only be shared with AFIT.
  3. Give the connection code you received to your AFIT technician.

You may also visit the User & Application Support Center for technical resources. Login is required.
