Please join the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing (EMCON) for a virtual information session with TransHealth lead clinician Aleah Nesteby on Tuesday, April 28, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., via Zoom. Nesteby will discuss the valuable mental health and wellness resources TransHealth provides throughout western Massachusetts.
TransHealth is the only independent nonprofit healthcare organization in the United States dedicated to serving trans and gender-diverse communities. This session is part of an ongoing collaboration between TransHealth and EMCON faculty, including Lindsay DuBois, MSN, BSN, RN, CHSE, Chris Diaz '23DNP, FNP-BC, and Celeste Surreira, DNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, CNL, CEN, who have been facilitating trauma-informed, inclusive care simulations for the undergraduate nursing programs since 2023.
