Yeonsik Noh, PhD, is a joint associate professor at the UMass Amherst Elaine Marieb College of Nursing and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Noh’s research applies the nurse engineer approach to disease and symptom management and therapy, including the development of wearable health monitoring devices and personalized healthcare for daily life. His latest work focuses on developing underwater biometric devices using polymer electrodes as the foundation for a body sensor network. This research aims to enhance the monitoring and analysis of bio-related parameters during aquatic activities.
