This course is tailored to the knowledge and problem solving skills needed to successfully maneuver concerns and issues that arise within the veterinary profession. It asks students to reflect on the knowledge they have gained throughout their undergraduate education, incorporating their general education courses and their animal science courses to develop solutions to current problems encountered within the profession. Team work, collaboration, oral communication, critical thinking and interdisciplinary perspective-taking are vital components of the IE learning that will be emphasized in this class. Students will work in teams to develop solutions to real life problems encountered within the veterinary profession.
