Professional Biography

I am a biological/bioarchaeology/bio-cultural anthropologist interested in human growth and development from past populations.  My research seeks to understand how different stressed conditions impact children's ability to grow and develop properly. I look for evidence of gender and social inequality through evidence of pathology, trauma, and malnutrition.
